Enchanted Gate takes a straightforward approach to your privacy: we don't collect any personal data at all. Our games are designed as standalone browser applications with no server-side data collection infrastructure. When you play a Enchanted Gate game, no information about you is transmitted, stored, or analysed by us.
We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, device identifier, location data, browsing history, or any other personal or behavioural information. There are no accounts to create, no profiles to fill out, and no forms to submit. You remain completely anonymous to us throughout your entire visit.
Every game in our enchanted realm is a static HTML/CSS/JavaScript application that your browser downloads and runs locally. There is no back-end server processing your interactions, no database recording your moves, and no analytics platform monitoring your behaviour. The game logic executes entirely on your device.
Games that save your progress use your browser's localStorage API — a sandboxed, device-local storage area that only your browser can access. We have no remote access to this data. It exists solely on your machine and is erased when you clear your browser's site data.
Enchanted Gate sets no cookies of any kind. We use no analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel. We embed no advertising pixels, social media widgets, or behavioural tracking scripts. The only external resource our pages request is font files from Google Fonts.
Our pages load typefaces from Google's font CDN. This is a standard web practice. Google's server receives a normal HTTP request that includes your IP address. We do not add any custom tracking parameters to this request, and we have no control over Google's data handling beyond this standard browser behaviour.
Because Enchanted Gate collects no data from any visitor, our games are fully compliant with children's privacy regulations including COPPA and the GDPR's provisions for minors. Parents can allow children to play without any privacy concerns. No parental consent mechanism is needed because there is nothing to consent to.
If this policy is updated, the new version will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Given our zero-collection model, we expect changes to be rare.
